SOBO Fish, known for it’s fresh and locally sourced ingredients, appointed KTM Design for a full refurbishment.
The new colour palette is light and fresh with tones of beige, light wood and accent of blues. Previously narrow seating have been replace by comfortable banquettes and Scandinavian chairs. The boat bar is now central, to accentuate the convivial aspect of the restaurant and welcome customers as they enter.
The accessories complete the design, incorporating raw materials and rough textures; the rope, linen cushions, wicker plates, lobster pots and bamboo shades. Blue sea creatures invite themselves in the space through statement wall murals.
